What is IMPACT Connection?Our site www.impactconnection.com is a job referral website that will also operate as a resume bank for well qualified candidates for government jobs, senior level positions with the Fortune 1000, and venture capital opportunities for small business owners. About UsIMPACT is a nonprofit organization, founded by a group of young professionals to foster civic engagement, to increase knowledge in the political and legislative processes, and to enhance economic empowerment opportunities for young professionals ages 21 to 40. IMPACT understands the importance of strategic connectivity and has designed the most
effective strategic networking initiative for young leaders and professionals for our demographic.
Whether these leaders have joined corporate America, CEOs of their own companies,
work on Capitol Hill, lead non-profits, or are officials elected to lead their cities, states, or our
Nation to greatness. Impact’s mission is to strategically link these leaders with one another to
help accomplishing their goals.
We partner with businesses, organizations, and high-powered leaders to host candidate forums, roundtable discussions, lecture series, workshops, and strategic networking events to assist emerging leaders in creating change in their communities and throughout the world. By connecting young leaders in vital sectors throughout the country to one another and to resources that will aid them in efforts to create positive change, we will collectively strengthen the IMPACT that our generation makes on the world today, tomorrow, and in the future.
